Mellösaverken has many parts. 2017-2022 we renovated, designed and built to ensure that the building is in good shape for the future. Since then, the focus has been on refinement such as outdoor lighting, renovation of the facade, etc. In 2020-2021, we added a gathering room of about 100 sqm to the range in the house. We welcome those who need space to photograph products, hold a course/meeting or record a movie, to name a few examples. There are thoughts of also offering temporary workplaces here in 2024.

The premises rented on long-term contracts have been used as offices, studios, workshops and plant cultivation. To join the queue for a space, please contact us.
